Building Use Policies

Access for Those Without Valid Emory IDs

Access to the Circulating Collection

The Pitts circulating collections are available to all patrons who are cleared to enter the library. Items may be pulled and checked out at the circulation desk.

Access to Special Collections

Pitts is conducting on-demand digitization of these materials for many patron requests. For information about that service, please contact pittssc@emory.edu. If digitization is not sufficient for research needs, researchers can make reservations to view materials in the Special Collections Reading Room, Monday through Friday10am-4pm. For details and to make a reservation, visit pitts.emory.edu/collections.

Emory Alumni and Affiliates

Access to the library is limited to those who have valid Emory IDs and visitors who have checked in. Emory alumni users have access to the electronic resources licensed for alumni use (see pitts.emory.edu/alums).

Small Group Study Rooms

All Pitts group study rooms are closed until further notice.
