Description: This ornamental title-page border consists of two bent tree branches, each of which has a serpent coiled around the top. God appears in the clouds holding three arrows, while a crowned skull and crossbones rests at the border's base. The branches contain a motto, adapted from a version of Psalm 34: "MITTENTVR IN INFERIORA TERRE QVE MALIGNA LOQVVNTVR SVPER ME" ("Cast those who have spoken evil things against me to the depths of the earth").
