Description: This image depicts one of the interior chambers of the tabernacle of the ancient Israelites after they left Egypt. This room houses a large menorah and altar. The tabernacle was built with specific instructions that were given to Moses by God. Behind the screen in the back is the Holy of Holies where only the High Priest was allowed to enter on Yom Kippur.
