Description: On the ground, Saul lies blinded by a great light from Jesus while traveling with companions on the road to Damascus. Stunned, Saul asks Jesus the caption’s question, “Domine, quid me vis facere?” (Latin: “Lord, what would you have me do?” from Acts 9:6, though chapter 8 is identified). Left of Paul’s heavenly vision, a chain hangs from heaven to earth, linking a crowned heart inscribed with “Veni” (Latin: “I came”) to a winged heart inscribed with “Ecce venio” (“Behold, I come”).
