Description: This image depicts a number of Old Testament scenes including the sacrifice of Issac, the receipt of the Ten Commandments, and David bringing the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. The artist, G. Freman, and the engraver, Johannes Kip (1653-1722), have indicated God’s presence by placing the Tetragrammaton in an illuminated cloud.
