Description: This title-page image contains numerous symbols of Jesus passion. In the foreground are the elements of the Eucharist, bread and wine, along with a hammer and nails, dice, a crown of thorns, and a garment. A rooster crows on a pillar to the left. Attached to the pillar is a torch, a whip, and a sword with an ear attached, presumably the ear of the servant of the high priest. To the right is the cross of Jesus, with a spear and a stick with a sponge attached, presumably the sponge used to give Jesus something to drink while on the cross. In the center of the image is Jesus praying on the Mount of Olives, as an angel comes to minister to him bearing the cup of suffering. In the background the disciples sleep as a crowd led by Judas leaves the city gates of Jerusalem to arrest Jesus.
