Description: Three men, who are praying, are tempted by three women, one who is dressed in fancy robes. Behind the women are two devils. At the top, angles hold a pillar, cross, spear, and sponge on a branch. Includes the monogram of the woodcutter, Christoffel van Sichem II (1577-1658); his son, Christoffel van Sichem III (1618-1659), may have collaborated with him on these images. The image also includes the monogram of the engraver (M) in the bottom left corner.
