Description: Saint Paphnutius the Great (fourth century) was an Egyptian hermit and disciple of St. Anthony the Great. The artist responsible for the design was Maarten De Vos, but the engraving for the volume was done by Johannes Sadeler I (Jan Sadeler) and Raphael Sadeler I, whose surname is at the lower center.
