Description: Saint Hilarion (d. 371), a disciple of Saint Anthony the Great and traditionally seen as the first hermit in Palestine, kneels in prayer. The artist responsible for the design was Maarten De Vos, but the engraving for the volume was done by Johannes Sadeler I (Jan Sadeler) and Raphael Sadeler I, whose surname is at the lower left.
