Image Title: Quarrelling

Description: A man walks away from an adversary, who pursues him and a dog tugs at his pant leg, beside an arguing woman and man; a flock is scattered while the shepherds fight; while in a parallel scene, a flock is safe as the shepherds work together. The Latin superscription reads, "Do not contend against words with words," and the text below, "What should I do, boiling over with anger while someone hurls abuse? Whatever he might do, tolerate it with silence stronger than wrath.".
