Description: The image is dominated by a central female figure wearing a mask and holding a large scale, with a demon and an orb on top of her head. The left half of the scale bears a cross, rosary, book, chalice and whip. Beneath it, there is a depiction of the Annunciation and above it, there is a figure standing in the clouds with angels. The right half of the scale bears a cup, a crown, and money, which are sliding into the open mouth of a horned lion. Above it, an angel casts demons out of heaven. The Latin superscription reads, "The deranged world does not know from whence God is," and the text below, "But does not this world, merely as a mockery, scorn? It is deranged: and neither sees truly nor judges equitably.".
