Description: Joseph tells his brothers about two recent dreams which foretell that they will one day bow down to him (foreground, right) causing Joseph’s brothers to throw him into cistern (left), before deciding to sell him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver (center). Finally, after dipping Joseph's tunic into goat's blood, Joseph's brothers deceive their father, Jacob, into thinking that an animal has devoured Joseph (background).
