Description: An Angel points to a globe of the world resting on a pedestal on which is printed the title of the book and the name Jan Luiken, whose initials can be found at the bottom right corner of the image, followed by fe, indicating that Jan Luiken drew and etched this image. The name of the publisher can be found at the bottom of the image. The Angel points with her right hand to four cherubs in the clouds and with her left hand to the world. Several animals and people are drawn on the globe around the very small title of the book. The globe is surrounded by a number of women. Two of them examine a scroll depicting the sun and stars that is unrolled on top of the globe. A third, in the lower right corner, holds a heart with an eye in her right hand with which she points to the world; she and one of the other women each hold a scroll on her lap with writing on it.
