Scope and Content Note

This volume appears to be an 18th century scrapbook of both prose and verse compositions written against the Jesuits, Catholic missionary priests who belong to the Society of Jesus, a religious order founded by St. Ignatius of Loyola.  The compositions are written in Latin, Italian, and the Venetian dialect.  The compiler of the scrapbook is unknown.
