Scope and Content Note

This calligraphic manuscript of 22 pages is done with red, blue, and black ink on handmade paper and bound in blue leather. In the title the "Form of 1662" refers to the baptism ceremony contained in the 1662 Book of Common Prayer for the Church of England.
